520 3 |a In diesem Artikel wird eine Laborvorschrift zur Durchführung eines Peptid-Assays zur Untersuchung der Protease-Aktivität in Serum veröffentlicht. Dieser beruht auf der Inkubation des ACE-Substrates Bradykinin in wenigen Mikrolitern Serum. Dazu wird das Peptid dabsyliert. Die Detektion der gebildeten Peptidfragmente erfolgt mittels Dünnschichtchromatographie.
