520 | 3 | |a Die allogene Stammzelltransplantation (SZT) ist eine der effektivsten Formen der zellulären Immuntherapie. <br>In der klinischen Forschung zur allogenen Immunzelltherapie, ist u.a. die Charakterisierung von minor Histokompatibilitätsantigenen (mHags) und Tumorantigenen als Zielstruktur der Spender-gegen-Tumor (Graft-versus-tumor, GvT)-Reaktion und deren Nutzen für den therapeutischen Einsatz nach einer SZT von zentralem Interesse.<br>Ziel der Arbeit war es, am Beispiel des mHags HY, den Einfluss auf die GvHD- und GvT-Reaktion nach einer SZT zu evaluieren. Dabei wurde zwischen einer ubiquitären oder nur selektiven, tumorassoziierten Expression unterschieden. Darüber hinaus sollten die an der GvT-Reaktion beteiligten Effektorzellen charakterisiert werden.<br>Es wurde in dieser Arbeit gezeigt, dass ubiquitär exprimierte mHags, wie das männliche mHag HY, relevante Zielstrukturen der GvHD sind, jedoch mit einem geringeren Einfluss auf den erwünschten Anti-Tumor-Effekt wirken. | |

In addition, the effector cells involved in the GvT reaction were characterized.<br>Our experimental data indicate that minor Histocompatibility Antigens like the male mHag HY are relevant targets for T cells mediated GvH reaction but less important for the desired GvT effect. | |
